- We provide pet boarding and daycare services, including supervised play, rest areas, feeding, and general care.
- All services are subject to availability and prior booking.
2. Pet Requirements
- Pets must be healthy, up to date on vaccinations, and free from contagious illnesses or parasites and not on heat (females).
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements.
3. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received or a deposit is made.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking, or otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments via PayPal.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 1 day in advance may receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Check-In & Pick-Up
- Pets must be dropped off and collected at the agreed-upon times.
- Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
- If a pet is not collected within 3 days after the end of their stay, we will contact the owner. Uncollected pets will be cared for according to local regulations.
6. Health & Emergencies
- In case of illness or emergency, we will contact the owner immediately.
- We reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense if necessary.
7. Owner Responsibility
- Owners must provide accurate information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and needs.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet during the stay.
8. Liability
- Wild Heart Pet Care is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur unless caused by negligence.
- Personal belongings brought for pets are the owner’s responsibility.
9. Website Use
- Users must use the website lawfully and not engage in activities that may disrupt or harm the site.
- All content on this website is owned by Wild Heart Pet Care and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.
